We started with one question: why does a good suede loafer cost three hundred euros? Most of that price is the name on the insole. We work with the same kind of workshops, skip the name, and keep the cut.

When does my order ship?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Standard tracked delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.
How do I track my order?
The tracking link arrives by email the day your parcel ships. You can also open it from your order confirmation.
Can I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item. Write to us and we send the return address and instructions.
How do refunds work?
Once the return reaches us and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Which size should I order?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Loafers are true to size; between two sizes, take the larger. Knitwear and linen follow standard EU sizing.
How do I care for suede and merino?
Brush suede dry and use a protector spray before rain. Wash merino on a wool cycle or by hand in cold water and dry it flat.
How does the Autumn Edit discount work?
The discount applies automatically in your bag: 2 pieces save 20%, 3 pieces save 25%, 4 or more save 30%. Mix any items and sizes.
